Parental controls on Hey! Broadband

Router-level controls + DNS layer recommended

Hey! Broadband covers parts of Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, and Kent. Parental controls are managed via the supplied hub's admin panel and there is no branded category-level filter. We recommend Cloudflare 1.1.1.3 on the router DNS.

No branded category filter. No per-child profiles.

Add a free DNS filter

Hey! Broadband does not run a network-level parental control filter. The fastest fix is to add a free DNS filter at your router. It covers every device on your Wi-Fi in one step and takes about ten minutes.
