    Open the My Sky app and sign in.

  2. 02

    Tap Broadband, then Parental Controls.

  3. 03

    Create a profile per child. Name it, choose an avatar.

  4. 04

    Add devices to each profile.

  5. 05

    Set downtime schedules per profile.

  6. 06

    At https://broadbandshield.sky.com confirm the rating is PG, 13 or 18 as appropriate.

    Save.

Open the same router app or admin panel, disable the parental profile or content filter, and save. If your household is moving to looser rules, reduce one control first (for example schedule limits) before turning off all filtering.
