Parental controls on toob

Router-level access control + DNS layer recommended

toob is a south-coast altnet covering Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, and surrounding areas. Their supplied router has access control (device schedules) but no branded category filter. We recommend adding Cloudflare 1.1.1.3 on the router DNS for adult content blocking.

No category-level filter by default. No per-child profiles.

Add a free DNS filter

toob does not run a network-level parental control filter. The fastest fix is to add a free DNS filter at your router. It covers every device on your Wi-Fi in one step and takes about ten minutes.
